I see you from afar
I’m feeling braver than ever
I walk up to you thinking about the way
I'm going to say I want you in my life forever

As I am walking up to you
You turn and look at me with alert
I can hardly breathe
I'm just so scared I'am going to get hurt

I look at you with tears in my eyes
My hands are sweaty and my cheeks turn red
I open my mouth
And I start to unravel my heart like a thin piece of thread

I tell you how much you mean to me
I tell you how much I care
I tell you how I think I'm in love with you
And you just stand and look at me with a blank stare....
