Here I’ll lament
Throw my tears to the wind
And watch them fly from
My grasp
In the same fashion in which
You have
Ever so swiftly
Ever so quietly.

Without a trace
Of the time spent
Together
By my side

Oh fly
Fly away
Into the surmounting darkness
And hide.

Fly away
Leave me
To face the
Angry sky

May it rain down
Its tears
To keep me company
In the shivering cold

May it send me dreams
To replace my lonely fears
And bargain with this darkness
For my soul.
