I see you standing there, lying to her face.
Trying to undo the scars you can never erase.
Your the one who screwed up, can't you just admit it?
You're lucky she loves you so much, maybe you can just fix it.

That's my friend you're talking to, you're hurting her just
the same.
The same as that boy hurt me.
Don't you know what it's like?
Love is not a game.

She hugs you now, just like you hugged before.
You did it again, convinced her once more.
You're getting better at this, she didn't even cry this time.
This has got to be your best yet, You've really got her won.
***
"Stop!, I cry, I can't let you do it!
I have a gun and I will use it!"
I point it at him, I see his heart fall.
He races toward me, and pins me up against the wall.

"Let go of me!", I plead. All he does is laugh.
"My, my, you've got a lot to learn girl."
I turn to my left and see someone walking up the path.

It's him. The one who ripped my heart out.
Could this be any worse? I've got to figure something out.
But I can't. He hands the gun over to him and says,
"Here, you'll have more fun with this."

I look at my friend, who's crying in the background.
"Don't cry, I say, I'll see you in a time."
"Please don't do it!, I beg, let me make a new start."

He chuckles and says, "That'll never be."
He pulls the trigger and shoots,
I fall to the ground, Him is all i see.

"I loved you! I loved you! How could u do this to me?"
He throws the gun down, walks away and says,
"Because... You meant nothing to me."
