As I sit here dreaming,
I can’t help but dream about you.
I dream about out first date,
Our first kiss,
The first time we embrace each other,
Our second date,
Our sixth month anniversary,
Our one year anniversary,
When you propose to me,
The many hours and months of planning the wedding,
The wedding itself,
And the list goes on and on.
If I think about you long enough,
I can close my eyes and see you,
And feel as if you’re with me,
But now I think about your decision.
Your decision to push me away.
Now all my dreams will never come true.
