My hand goes out to grasp thin air, my tears for the darkness alone
My breathe is blessed into the night, is carried along the soft wind blown,
My hopes, my dreams they fade away, they are taken from my soul
It leaves me here with emptiness, I’m half of what was once whole.

All alone I seem to be, with nothing left to give,
No emotion upon face, no reason to stay and live,
I cry out loud for death to come, to grab me by the hand
To leave this world far behind, that’s what I had planned.

Instead I hear a gentle voice, soft hands that wiped my tears
Cradling me in his warm embrace, protecting me from my fears.

- let me be your everything. I know that Im the one”

Soft green eyes looked into his, saw the love he had to share
An intensity of passion within, our souls were stripped to bare
“You’re the one that stole my heart, kept it locked safe inside for me
- You give my life new meaning, Its with you I long to be”

Here surrounded in his arms, no darkness left this night
“It’s you and I together now, for our loves a binding light.
-Just call to me and I’ll be there, your angel in disguise
I’ll be the one to heal your pain, for now until the day I die...”
