In this economy of heartbreak
Pain is all I find
For me there is no peace
No peace of mind

In this economy of love
I feel so cold and lost
Like a little puppy
Left out in the frost

But one day I'll get found
Someone will give me a home
Where I won't be so lost
So lost or alone
