Remembering you, I've grown far too weak
I can't feel my lips, I can no longer speak
Next to you is where my weary heart aches to be
So close and yet so far you are from me
My hands are trembling, but you could make them still
And my every wish or desire, it's they you could fulfill
My skies had brightened, when you were around
My world was perfect, and to my love I am bound
Held in your arms, is where I felt I was at home
When you were the only love that I had ever known
Sweet memories of you forever caught in my eyes
You leaned in to kiss me, and I was left mesmerized

...I reach out to you to find that your not there
And quickly I'm snapped out of my blank stare
I'm left with a smile, by those thoughts of you
By the kindness in your eyes, by the things you do
Mystified I am now, lost in this place of bliss-
Forever drowning in your kiss...
