We told each other everything
Didn't let a thing unknown

We did everything together
We talked on the phone
Numerous times a day
Almost inseperable

Then you moved away
Promised you would write
Try to visit as much as possible

But nothing happened
Didn't hear a word from you
Not a single care

You eventually came back
Didn't seem to notice me
Threw me away as nothing
I guess I wasn't good enough

I see a different person
What happened to my best friend?
The one I always knew

I was a small part of your life
A part you have now erased
You chose to go your own way
I guess I'll have to go mine
