Lets trade in our beliefs
For some good times
I wonder if god would notice,
If we all stopped dancing?

Lets plant our seeds of dissent
For the younger ones
I wonder if we’d notice,
If the children we complain about are our own?

Lets suppose everything was fine
For a time I believed in karma
I wonder if we all did we’d notice,
If the world was all gentle and good, would we care?

Lets water these seeds
For the future
I wonder if we'd pass the test,
If we'd all start dancing again and sing praise?
