why am I alive, when all I want to do is die,
oh God, I have died many times, but only on the inside,
no matter how far I dig the razor into my arm,
you still let me live,
no matter how many times I put the rope around my neck,
you still keep me alive,

I’m watching my friends with guns in their mouths,
watching them lose everything in life, but the pain,
I look to you God, broken and bleeding,
the world doesn’t deserve me, my life is so useless,

battling the disease of my father,
I thought of nothing else but you,
I don’t understand why you still call me,
why do you still let me live,

this tragic life of suicide/death/ and pain,
is all just more scars for my body,
but you have given me a reason to live,
a reason to drop the gun,
and a reason to take a stand,

oh God save me, let me die and live in you,
save me, save me, I’m yours,

Jesus Christ saved my life,
he has brought from the hell of my life,
to live in him and never die,

Jesus Christ, save me, save me,
I don’t want to die!
