I'm misjudged
From the color of my skin
To the color of my shirt
Every place I go
They make it seen
As I have no worth
I'm misjudged
From the brand of my shirt
Right down to my shoes
Every where I go
It seems I need to change
Well thats not for them to choose
I'm misjuged
From the color of my hair
To the color of my eyes
Some people say it seems
As if my head is in the skies
I'm misjudged because I can dream
And hold up my head
I'm misjudged
From the way that I walk
And the things I have said
I'm misjudged
Because I'm a girl
And I have self esteem
Well the people that say that
All they can do is dream
I'm misjudged
From the way that I talk
And the way that I sing
I guess thats what the world is and it is what it seems.
