Hate The World

Things are not always as they appear.

At least that's how it is here.

I put on a façade day after day

Acting like everything is okay,

But when the night is through

Don't know what to do,

Just wipe my weary eyes,

Just try not to cry,

No one knows the real me,

I'm more than meets the eye.

A troubled little girl, off to terrify the world,

Trying to get her thoughts unfurled

As the sky begins to fall.

Watch an innocent baby crawl,

Maybe it's not so worth it after all.

The innocent getting thrown around like a ball,

This is not the way to live,

Watching injustice rule the world,

Taken over by cruelty,

Makes me want to hurl,

I'm just an innocent little girl.

So what if I hate world?
