One day my heart will heal,
and love will fill my eyes.
One day you will be apart
of what i feel inside.
One day my pain will end,
and its you I will grow to love.
One day it will be my turn,
to glow and fly like a dove.
One day I will say the words,
and forever I will be yours.
ONe day the sun will shine
and the rain wont have the chance to pour.
One day the rains will come,
and I will go out and dance.
One day my heart will swell,
because we gave it a chance.
One day my life will be given meaning
when I hold our child in my arms.
One day my eyes will tear,
when that child learns its charms.
One day they will leave,
to seek that life on their own.
One day we will be alone again,
to kindle the love that has shone.
One day we will be old,
and live with out any regret.
One day we'll have our grandchildren
to ask us how we met.
One day we will die,
and forever we shall be still.
One day feels like its too far away,
because I have a life to fill.
