One day I woke up and heard the sound of sirens.
I walked outside and heard people crying.
I walked over to the place where I saw the flashing lights.
I looked around for something wrong, but not a damn thing in sight.
Pushing through the crowd not expecting the worst.
I should've but I couldn't fight my curiousity thirst.
I finally got to the actual scene.
I saw the yellow tape, not registering what it means.
I saw the white chalk outline.
Not knowing what I would find.
In my face is where te police man stood.
"Excuse me ma'am, you can't go any further. I know you wish
you could."
I looked over his shoulder and peered into the ambulance.
Saw my father in there with blood in his hands.
Couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Had absolutely no feeling.
I can't tell if he's dying.
Should I wait 'til now or later to start crying?
Daddy please don't go.
Oh how I love you so.
I saw the guy that hurt you daddy,
He just walked by!
Daddy get him! Get him! Make him die!
I know it was him that hurt you cause he hurt mommy too.
Remember he almost took me when my mind was a zoo.
I remember daddy, now I will never forget his name.
It's not gun, knife or drugs his name is Satan daddy, and he plays the
death game.
