I asked you why
You said you didn't know
But I knew you lied
Because I knew you had to know

I yelled a lot
You didn't get mad
I screamed and fought
You knew why I was mad

I told you I loved you
You didn't hear
You still have no idea
And it's been almost a year

I didn't get your message
Yet you called every hour
I deleted your message
My mood was cold and sour

I was crying this morning
Because you lied
I was empty this morning
Because you had died

I wish I wasn't here
It's too dreary and old
I want you to dry my tears
And take me away from the cold

But I can't expect you to help
You'll never understand
I don't think you know how to help
Or even if you can

So I'll kiss my dreams goodbye
And save them for another day
Wave good riddence to you
And get help some other way
