Be quiet and listen,
You look into a mirror, you see an image
that you think is you, but it is a monster
something that could never be loved or liked
or even stand to be looked at
you look into this mirror
to see you, but it is not you
I know what you see
it's horrible & unbearable
but it is not you, you have to see this
you are better than that
this mirror is providing you a false image
an image that is eatting away
at your mind to punish you for nothing
for you are nothing like that
you could never be like that
you are someone sweet and beautiful
you are kind & loveable, don't ruin your life
because of an image that is not true
live your life for someone's life is you.
