The Not So Basic

It's a vast desert
and an endless cycle
the hands, too, revolve-
it all does.
Everything has its center
and
everything has its forcefields
and motions,
and forces,
and everything works
with a spin.

Geometry teaches lines
and shapes,
and everyone teaches us
black and white,
yet we still focus
and depend on
a center that we cannot see.

Isn't it weird?
We think
He's up there, outside.
And maybe,
just maybe we're up there;
we're outside,
we're spinning.

Maybe,
the only thing that's really vast
is human nature.
Maybe,
the only thing we need
is to accept the unseen.
