Won't You Come

And I sit here waiting for you,
I know that it’s worth it; I just know it has to be,
I wait for you, until the day is all through,
Its worth it, you’re all that I want to see.

I wait for you to come home,
To come back to the house with the little garden gnome,
I keep waiting for you to come back,
I just hope you will, without you I’m not worth jack.

I sit here in this room with bare walls,
I wait for a while; my heart skips a beat, then falls,
I just sit here all day waiting to see your face,
When I finally get to see you, it’s like winning a race.

Even though there are days when you make me cry,
But I know without you, I would simply die,
So that is why I wait for you to come home,
Come back to the house with the little garden gnome.

I wait during the day and hope you’ll come home at night,
Where it’s dark, where there is no light,
I sit patiently, just knowing I get to see your face keeps me awake,
I know that if you don’t come home, my heart may break.

So won’t you come home today, come home,
Come back to the house with the little garden gnome,
I would give anything to see you’re beautiful eyes,
Your good side uncovered, you’re not wearing a disguise.

Won’t you come home to see my face,
No it’s to horrible, it’s impossible to embrace,
That is why I wait for you at night,
So you can’t see my face in the light.

Come home tonight, come home,
Come back to the house with the little garden gnome,
Come back to where you live,
Come back to the person whom your love you give.

So won’t you come home tonight, come home,
Come back to the house with the little garden gnome.
