I can’t stand it when your away from me,
I can’t understand the reason your “at the place you ‘gotta’ be.”

I don’t understand when you are not by my side,
In those moments, it feels like I may have died.

Your smile and joy brightens my day,
You can easily make me happy in any way.

We are with each other from morning and into the night,
You are my love, hope, and shinning light.

But there are those days when you are away,
Not knowing where you are, I'm speechless...nothing to say.

Hoping you are not with another girl but me,
Because with you, i am as happy as can be.

When you are here, my heart is filled,
And on our relationship we can build.

We have our whole lives ahead of us, and a world we need to explore,
But you are my world, and only you I adore.
