None Shall I Fear

I walk alone one day as the sun starts to fade.
Winds whisper and my reckless thoughts come back to me.
The grass tickles and awakens every feeling I've ever felt.
The stars show how many times I've cried.
I walk with myself as the moon comes out, and the world turns to black.
Harsh voices telling me to turn back.
Still moving on, persisting, I can't look back.
The moon's face seems so sad.
I walk with God as the sun comes up and the world becomes new again.
He tells me not to fear and that he is my friend.
When I am with him, whom shall I fear?
My lonliness, my solitude?
Nothing I shall fear.
