The Rebellion

Eyes are opening now, I taste the discovery lingering in the air.
I call to it, and yet i pray for it to go...
The serenity that once pervaded is whithering away,
And i can do nothing about it, and i want to do nothing about it,
Because they've kept us down for far too long,

But nevermore will we be discriminated against,
Nevermore will they run our lives....we are..what we are!
We are the chosen ones, without consciences, without thought...
We've thought too long..and too hard and we have nothing in

return!

The time for thinking is over, action is all we tarry here for...
The sun is dawning on a new tomorrow...dying but still rising!
Children of the sun..and children of steel!
I call to you now as we shall follow in the cry!
We shall not suffer for their patheticism,
We shall not suffer for their lies...

I stand foward..and act now!...they'll kill me and take my soul...
But in death is where true freedome lies,
In death is where we begin to live...and this bloody dawn
I run to the battlefield to fight the opressors and
Their call for mediocrity...and i ask now...
Who's with me?!.... Who's with... me?!
Who's...with...
I'm alone in this savage world...the rebellion is dead!
