I grew up looking for fame
So I made basketball my game
I spent every day on the court
Perfecting my every move
Who knew I could pull off half of what can do?
Aaron and me shared so much on the court
Not only about the game
But our opposite lives
He taught me how to cross anyone
How to work hard
How to play point guard
How to shoot
How to get it in the hoop
I wish I could help him now
I just don't know how
Each night I pray for him
He's surrounded by sin
How did this happen to him?
I wish I could be there for him
Damn, I miss him
