This anxiety I feel is bringing me down
It's one of the things I wish I never found
But now that I know, I've made it quite clear
Everything I feel is nothing but fear

I've now lost sense of all reality
I'm now more aware of my mentality
There's only one way to fix this now
Getting the help that I need is the only way how

This is something I must overcome
To release everything that's made me feel numb
Freedom is what I seek and hope to achieve
The sooner I'm happy, the sooner the anxiety will leave
