a water moves and so it flows
a flower grows & so it blooms
a bird has wings & so it flies
a star twinkles & so it shines

in life we came through & so we were born in this world
we live each day becoming the person we want to be
we open our eyes w/ a new perspective, so we strive to be free

we found ourselves a guiding light
to be strong enough to win the fight
we walk our path w/ ups & downs
we chose our road w/ right & wrong

we bring our music & write our lyrics
we start our rhythm & build life's passion, for these there's
hope for us to find, the truth no matter how far
for our life is the song, to sing the truth... of who we really are
