Tears fall
From my eyes
Like raindrops
Fall from the skies.

My mind is blank
Accept for you
You occupy my thoughts
With all the memories that I’m going through.

I don’t know
What mistake I made
All’s I know
Is that I have paid.

If I could have just one wish
You would be here with me
We would be happy
Just wait and see.

You’re gone from my heart
I’ll put you in the past
I’ll stop my tears
I’m sorry we didn’t last.

The rain starts to fall
The cold hitting my skin
You’ll never know
What we could have been.

The rain is falling
Bringing on a tear
A tear of weakness?
Or a tear of fear?

I realize what it’s like now
To be “true blue”
Sadness engulfing
A heart you never knew.
