Lion, lion eyes glowing bright,
Hunts and eats all in the night.

In the jungle he does dwell,
And feeds on antelope, wildebeest as well .

He hunts in packs or all alone,
for in the jungle he sits upon the throne.

Lion, lion the jungle beast,
you are not tame, not in the least.
