Kiss Of Death

I thought we were forever
I thought we were meant to be
But I’ve radically changed now
There has been evil living in me
I start to get addicted to pain
Hoping my misery soon ends
I’ll lose everything if I lose you
I’ve already lost all of my friends
I no longer want to live
But I’m not yet ready to die
I just want to sit in the corner
Curled up in a ball and cry
I begin to like the life of depression
The world has turned upside down
Faces of the people are smiling
But their hearts hold a frown
I’m sick of all this faking
And all of these people’s lies
They hide from the truth
And I want to know why
My questioning does nothing
No one wants to answer me
Darkness casts its shadow
So that my innocence can’t see
You just stand there staring at me
As memories remind me of the sad past
I never got what I wanted; now you’re leaving
Again, darkness overtakes me fast
Before you wanted to leave
I ask for one last kiss
You’re guilty of something
But still you can't resist
Now’s your time to say something
This is your last breath
For soon you shall die
From my kiss of death
