You don’t know everything I feel
It’s sad but true
But what would you say
If you actually knew?

You say you know me
And you’re right
But only the things I tell you
Not what’s in my mind and out of sight.

No matter
How hard I try
The words won’t leave my mouth
Only I muffled cry.

I can’t tell you everything
And the reason is clear
I can’t because I’m scared
In my heart is a lot of fear.

Of the pain I feel inside
