Why ask when you know already
That the answer is “no”?
Why try when
It will just make you feel unbearably low?

‘Cause you think you have a chance
You think you should try
But really in the end
It just makes you cry.

I don’t take
Other peoples’ advice or instruction
Because from my life
I don’t want further deduction.

Why have hope?
Why try?
Why bother?
Why even ask why?

So why wonder?
Why care
About something
That isn’t really there?

So why I ask you
Should you try
When all that it will bring you
Is a tear to dry?
