I swing a racket nice and fast
and watch the ball zip right past
over the net and on the green
moving so fast it can't be seen
i yell out a grunt ever so loud
which can be heard even through the clouds
The ball comes back with lots of speed
One can wonder if thats what it needs
high and far is where it goes
if its in or out noone knows
i run as fast as my legs can take me
when i get there i beome so happy
the ball was called out
there was not one slight doubt
i had won the match well
and that is my story to tell
