I can hold him in my arms,
Always close to my heart.
I can keep him in my mind,
Always by my side.

Thought something was there,
Something behind his stare.
I thought as I cried,
To my heart I have lied.

What I was thinking,
I'll never know.
The pain that I feel,
I will never show.

One day he will regret,
It was me he chose to neglect.

Lingering like the words of a profit.

For now I will stand strong,
