Like an antique class
Chipped
Like a fake diamond
Smashed
Like a Halloween pumpkin
Crushed
Like grapes for wine
Fractured
Like a bone

Asked you to
Hold it
Cherish it

You let the roads get wet
It began to slip
You watch it float away
