Grandma's Poem

At this stark hour of great sadness
she is finding serenity
there's no more pain for her to bear
and every moment with us she'll share

For now she can see our every move
every second of every day
through the good times and the bad
when we're happy, when we're sad

Right now we're upset, but soon we'll see
that she's much better off this way
she'll dwell forever in bliss and peace
finally reunited with those deceased

The sun is brighter, the skies are clear
the grass seems a little greener
every simple moment seems to be a treasure
for Grandma's love to us we cannot measure.
