This is a new me,
One with no mistakes,
Someone you can’t remodel,
Someone who will not tolerate,
All the negative things you have to say about me I don’t want to hear,
My hair is not out of place today, just tucked behind my ear,
I’ve checked already there’s nothing in my teeth,
And now you want me to be your friend,
Well you are just a little too late,
Forget what we were,
It’s all over now,
Too many promises were broken,
And I was not going to wait around,
I left you behind,
No longer can you be a part of my life,
I’m sorry for hurting you,
But wasn’t it my turn?
Sometimes it can’t be all about one person,
Sometimes the table has to turn,
