I sent to You some sunshine,
On this cloudy day,
Which in turn brought to You,
A smile so You say,

The clouds were turning black,
The rain began to fall,
But the mighty smile within You,
Made You laugh at it all,

You said You were so happy,
To see a smile in front of You,
I felt it was the least,
For a friend that I could do ,

I keep sending You sunshine,
No matter what the day,
And I feel Your very smile,
In most of every way,

Go ahead and laugh now,
I want to hear it too,
Because through all this happiness,
There's much that we can do ,

We can share together,
Wonderful memories,
As we send to others,
