In my surreal reality
the curtains ever so slightly sway
and the rain falls like drops of gold
and we're all who we say
in my desolate world
you're still in mt heart
its all in black and white
you and I arent faded apart
and in my receded time
my wings of silver and gold are hidden
away from their voices
away from their forbiddens
in my shadowed land of roses
their redness bleed black ink
love is never temporary
and our hearts never sink
in this life of mine
we run ever so free
upon the hills of sunrises
and lie in the flowers of beauty
we can swallow the time babe
and be together forever
wouldnt it b e beautiful
my surreal reality is all but a mere dream
