Don't throw it around
Or let it roll and drop

Don't let it crack or even worse
Please don't let my egg break
For when it does, you can't go back
The damage will be done

You can try to put it back together
But it'll never be like new
It will always have those blemishes
It will never be the same

If my egg you care for
And keep it warm and safe
It will develop and hatch
And love you back in return

The more it grows
The more beautiful it gets
