A Life Gone Wrong

On a night so dark and cold
There she laid in the open and all alone
This little girl whose story went untold

The girl was scraggy and looked so old
Her dirty clothes needed to be sewn
On a night so dark and cold

The cardboard box and papers symboled,
The area in which she called her own
This little girl whose story went untold

When a girl her age passed by she'd behold
Trying to remember the life she once had known
On a night so dark and cold

Her life ago of a perfect household
Until out the door she was thrown
This little girl whose story went untold

There she laid so frivolled
There she'd die alone
On a night so dark and cold
This little girl whose story went untold
