When I first met you
you colored my dreams
You brightened my soul
Before that time
I felt all alone

Because of you

I’m truly happy and shining bright
And not trying to
Cover up my empty heart
That is swallowed in fright

That you helped me all the way

I smile every single day

I’m thankful you filled the spot in my heart
For, my heart is now full
I wanted to thank you for saving me,
Teaching me, for letting me know.
You taught me the most important lesson,
