Heaven stares with longing eyes
And opens up the bleeding skies
Screaming, turning, breaking inside
Theres nothing in this world to find

Shattered glass and broken hearts
Picking up the lying shards
Of what is and what used to be
Of what was, you and me

Kill me now and hold me dead
All that pain going through my head
Finding salvation through my pain
Seeming now to be the same

Drop by drop of lasting blood
Drowning in the freeing flood
Sufficating your existing face
And closing up the empty space
