Understanding Fiction

If you were to go to the top of a hill and try to understand life,
At the most you would understand nothing about the ways of this tumultuous
world,
And how the unattainable life is always the one to be sought after most,
Contemptible Pretentious bastards that haven’t a chance at a dream,
But the denial of society makes them believe it can be reached,
At a loss of words and free thought, the weak roam among the conformist
flocks followed by the lost,
In fictional times with fictional people with real problems pretending they
are fake,
The arrogance of a society will result in it’s inevitable collapse,
And once again the nobodies rise up to become some bodies,
And the former some bodies are lost and never heard of again,
If we were meant to understand life in one word,
We would be lying to ourselves to say it is anything other than fiction.
