You clipped my wings
So I couldn't fly,
Away, away, so far away.
I wish everyday I didn't cry
Over what we had, that's now lost.
I wish yours and my friendship hadn't died.

I want to fly away,
Away from you and this civilization.
Away so that you can't see my scars
Away so that my dreams you won't shatter.
Away so that I can't hear you say,
"I'm sorry. I never meant it."

You clipped my wings.
I want them back.
My fragile wings that would've helped me get away from this world...
