When darkness falls
All hope is gone.
Fear can run wild-
Even in the hearts of the brave.
Confusion rises-
Despair sets in,
And yet you choose to walk away.

Now by myself.
I Realise everything I worked for,
Everything I sacrificed for you,
Was all in vein.

I stand here in the darkness
While my body betrays me
With these-
These tears.
Why couldn’t I stand up for myself?
Before you took everything that actually made me
Happy.
I hope you’re happy seeing me suffering-
Alone.
Even when you said that you would protect me-
Be my light when if I were to fall into the darkness.

Now you’re by yourself
Which is caused by you.
You call my name-
But is only heard by deaf ears.

I see you standing by your self now.
Your suffering like I was.
Now you know why-
Why I never heard you call my name.
All the pain you have caused-
The suffering,
The hatred-
Has come for you.
Just embrace the darkness,
Yes it does hurt-
But numbs.
Just End it.

I see you end everything.
I can see your life flash before your eyes.
You know where your going.
You could have saved me.
But you didn’t.
I hope you burn for all eternity.
Then I’ll be free,
Free to be happy again.
Free to be in the light.
But I can’t-
I won’t be accepted
for the darkness that I have embrace.

My life is what it should have been when you were my everything.
It’s complete.
Thank you for what you have given me-
Even though it was at the cost of your own damnation.
