When I woke up this morning
I thought I saw you standing there, yawning.
I looked into your crystal blue eyes,
Then I realized I was just staring at the skies.
Waking up was hard to do,
cause I love to sleep and dream of you.
Your voice was so sweet
I knew you were the one for me.
Your body was so toned
Like you were under control.
But I know differently
That seems more effectively.
You tried to tell me
but I couldn’t see,
You were hurting
And wanted some nurturing.
Why did I notice too late
and let you go by fate?
I really did love you
And I didn’t want it to be true.
but I need you to know
that I will always feel you so.
So forever you’re here wid me
And I will always see:
that if a friend needs a hand
I’ll be there for them.
Cause I don’t want to lose them
To suicide again.
