Nothing But A Young Girl

Nothing but a young girl,
Feeling depressed and lonely.
Nothing but a young girl,
Needing just one friend.
Nothing but a young girl,
Who's feelings are bottled up.

She hates her life,
And takes the sharp, pointed knife.
She pierces it through her skin,
Although she knows it is a sin.
The blood runs the Blood flows,
Now everybody knows.
The pain the young girl felt,
As she tightened the already tight belt.
Around her neck the belt had hung,
taking the breath right out of her lungs.
All is done and it is far too late,
Everyone now sees her fate.

Nothing but a young girl,
Who was never really noticed.
Nothing but a young girl,
Who needed a friend to help.
Nothing but a young girl,
Who took her life in anguish.
Nothing but a young girl,
Who now sleeps in peace.
