I had a dream about us
and I didn’t know what to think.
you were just standing there,
standing by the sink.
You looked up at me
with those dark brown eyes,
and whispered coldly,
“Please, just let me be.”
I wanted to tell you,
that I would always
love you with all my heart.
But you didn’t believe me
Just made us grow further apart.
Then I felt like crying.
Just sitting down in that little corner.
Because you thought I was lying.
Then you turned around and told me,
“Kristi, Im sorry but its over.”
And I just didn’t want to see,
that you were being serious to me.
Then suddenly, I felt a touch.
And I slowly woke up
and saw you smiling at me
Then I finally realized...

It was only a dream.
