The person I wait for
Is in front of my face
The one I wait for
Bring tears in my eyes

The person I wait for
I care for in my heart
The one I wait for
I wish I can taste her lips

The person I wait for
Makes me forget all sorrow
The one I wait for
I dream about all the time

The person I wait for
Understands me
The one I wait for
Is still far away

The person I wait for
Lives 500 miles away
The one I wait for
Is you, Amanda

The person I wait for
I knew for only a month or so
The one I wait for
Is now the one I love

The person I wait for
I won’t let pain come to her
The one I wait for
Is sweeter then chocolate

The person I wait for
Is more beautiful then heaven
The one I wait for
I fear will leave

The person I wait for
Is too good to be true
The one I wait for
She seems like a dream

The person I wait for
I see in my sleep
The one I wait for
Is the one I cry for

I will always wait, till the end of time if I have too
