I look out my window
What do I see?
I see you sitting there
Just waiting for me

Normally I'd be happy
And jump out of bed
But today isn't normal
Because you're really dead

That image that I see
Isn't really real
I wish I could touch you
But there's nothing I would feel

Why'd you have to drink
What a stupid thing to do
I told you to stop
But, you didn't think it through

You obviously didn't care
What your consequences could do
Because if you did I know
You would have stopped and ditched your crew

I know it was your mistake
But it really hurts me so
To know tomorrow when I wake up
You won't be there to be my beau
