The Question

I push you away, but your love it stays
I try to run from you, but whereever I go your in my way
you won't let me go through
with every plan of leaving you
could it be that your love is true?
I've never known real love
closed out hope in such a thing,
cause for real
love has failed me
so I can't tell if this is real or just a fallacy
used to deceive me
just to hurt me
cause it's deep, real deep, beyond even my exisitng humanity.
I've heard the words they say, you say
but I don't know if someone like me can be saved.
I mean look at me
I'm so unworthy
can' you see?
don't get me wrong...I want it, I want you.
my heart burns and yearns for all those things you said you would do,
but for real what's the use,
I'm too broke
too abused
too low
for a God like you to want to use a sinner
like me.

The Answer
Yes, you are a sinner, but so is everyone who doesn't believe
and yes your ways and thoughts are wicked unto me
but the plans that I have for you are good, not evil so don't be
deceived
by those thoughts in your mind, fiery darts to keep you blind.
the love I give is real enough to soothe those hurting places
and fill those empty spaces.
your worth to me is far above rubies
and no it's not a fallacy
I gave up my life so you can have the victory
so don't tell me just because it's too deep, too low, to abused,
too broke that my love can not reach.
my love is not limited by what you perceive
man
open up and be free
I have not given you bondage but liberty
I am the one that set the captives free
the one that has given sight to the blind
and life to those who are dying
this is the truth, my Word, I'm not lying.
Most people know me by J.....E....S...U....S
but you man....I want you to know me as friend
cause I want to be in your beginning, your middle, and your end
only if you choose this day to turn from your ways and repent.
