I see her but I cannot speak,
I cannot help for I'm much too weak

I hear a scream and fall to my knees
I gaze upon her- Help her please

But she lies in the dead of night,
Dead on this sandy shore tonight

I look at the pale skin which she endures
The puddle of blood, so red, so pure

The knife, still in her hand,
Is much too harsh for me to stand

-I did not help, I did not try
I only sit in demise, only able to cry

There's no way out of this now,
It's gone much to far and I must avow

Tonight, I have met my fate
Here in paradise, on my last date
